You May Not Have to Pay Upfront

We use eClaims (direct billing) through Telus Health to make submitting your insurance claim easy and convenient.

When eligible, we can submit your claim directly to your insurance company on your behalf., which may reduce your out of pocket expenses. The paperwork is taken care of for you – similar to how direct billing works at the pharmacy or dentist.

Please bring your insurance information to your appointment. While we are happy to submit claims on your behalf, patients are responsible for knowing and understanding their insurance coverage, including eligibility, limitations, deductibles, and remaining benefits. Submission of a claim does not guarantee payment by your insurance company, and any amount not covered by your plan remains the patient’s responsibility.
