What is eClaims? Simply put, it’s direct billing. eClaims is a service provided by TELUS Health that makes it easy for healthcare providers – like optometrists – to submit insurance claims on your behalf, which can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
We bill your insurance company directly and the paperwork is taken care of for you, just like when you go to the pharmacy or the dentist.

Your health card is required when we call to book your appointment. Please allow us 48 hours to book your appointment.
We are happy to see new patients; please note our first available appointment for new patients is in approximately 2-4 months. We are also happy to add you to our cancellation list.
