What is eClaims? Simply put, it’s direct billing. eClaims is a service provided by TELUS Health that makes it easy for healthcare providers – like optometrists – to submit insurance claims on your behalf, which can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
We bill your insurance company directly and the paperwork is taken care of for you, just like when you go to the pharmacy or the dentist.
